Players of all ages are welcome. To make a reservation, patrons will need to either be 18 & older, or be able to show a valid, state-issued driving permit to staff upon arrival. This will serve as positive identification for reservation- holders who are under the age of 18. There must be at least 1 player in each room who is legally old enough to drive.

REFUND AND RESCHEDULING POLICY
All ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds. Caveat Emptor.
We cannot reschedule your game unless our store is closed due to inclement weather or other disasters under our inclement weather policy below.
Inclement Weather- If Danbury Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather, we will also be closed. Games on these days will be completely refunded or rescheduled (customers choice.) If your game is on a weekend, we will be happy to reschedule your game or issue a refund if the weather is inclement. You must let us know at least 2 hours before your scheduled game time in order to qualify for either.
HOUSE RULES
We will brief you on our House Rules upon your arrival. Each player is expected to adhere to these rules during the game. We will issue two warnings is a rule is broken. On the third warning, we will deduct one minute of game play. Further infractions will result in additional minutes taken from the game. For serious infractions (i.e. safety violations, or items broken due to forceful misuse) we reserve the right to cancel the game- no refunds will be issued.
LATE ARRIVALS POLICY
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled game time. If you arrive 30+ minutes early, the doors may be locked. Do not panic- we will be happy to sign you in 5 minutes before your game.

INCIDENTALS POLICY
We reserve the right to charge an incidental fee for items damaged or broken due to forceful misuse and/ or lack of care & concern. This policy also includes the room itself and any or all necessary repairs, replacements, or cleanings that are needed as a result of the guest’s visit.
SUBSTANCE POLICIES
No alcoholic beverages can be brought into Escape 101. The staff is at liberty to refuse service to anyone who appears to be inebriated or under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal/ illicit drugs. A refund will not be issued.
HELP US BE GREAT NEIGHBORS
Escape 101 shares its roof with many other businesses. We ask that all guests dispose of trash in the can outside of the main door, or bring it in with you- we’ll be happy to help. Please do not leave garbage in the parking lot, or in the gardens.
